We set ourselves apart by establishing a dedicated, in-house design team, as well as assigning dedicated project managers to each case.

Loft Conversions: The Process
Taking a holistic approach means understanding your requirements on the closest possible level. Our process starts with a conversation, and communication governs every step:
- Initial consultation: Onsite meeting where we will start by taking all of the required measurements, then discuss your requirements, answer your questions, and provide experienced recommendations.
- Contract, Paperwork, Plans: With the contract agreed, and having drawn up the relevant plans for your approval, we would introduce you to your dedicated Project Coordinator.
- The Work: The work will then begin, installing scaffolding and getting construction underway, with regular updates to you from your Project Coordinator.
Followed by all the necessary inspections, ensuring that the site is completely clear of rubbish and debris, we can then sign off the project and leave you to enjoy your new loft! You can read about our process in more detail here.
