We provide a dedicated Project Coordinator to each of our clients, a service unique to Rooftop Rooms.
Your coordinator will aid you through every step of the construction process, starting with an initial meeting in your home around a week to ten days before the project commences, right through to organising the final hand-over meeting.
After the initial meeting with your coordinator the construction team will arrive on site. The coordinator will act as your liaison between the various trades that will visit the site. They will provide you with any additional quotations that you require, keep you up to date with any changes to schedule and ensure that you are kept informed and up to speed when decisions regarding any specifications are required. They will also help you to make the key decisions that will guarantee to deliver the loft conversion you envisaged!
Technical Project Management
As well as your dedicated Project Coordinator, you will also meet our Technical Project Manager, Gary Smith. Gary will meet with you once the staircase has been installed and you can access the loft area. He will then be able to share with you his wealth of bespoke design skills to add that personalised touch to your loft conversion, as well as answering any construction questions you may have.
