As a small business we pride ourselves on the personalised service we provide to all of our clients. As we have continued to expand we have committed to retaining a dedicated team of skilled staff who are able work together on all of our loft conversion projects. We believe this has been essential in enabling us to provide exceptional standards of service to our customers.
During the process of completing your loft conversion you will no-doubt be in contact with a several members of our team, which is why we would like to introduce them to you.
The Management Team
A highly experienced carpenter with expert knowledge and vision of what can be achieved with loft conversions. Colin helps clients to visualise the proposed space and realise the full potential of their loft conversion. He provides proposals and options for the design and layout of the loft space.
Our technical director is a qualified carpenter with over 20 years experience of domestic carpentry before establishing Rooftop Rooms in 2004. Gary provides technical support to our tradesmen and clients. Ensuring each project is completed to the highest standard.
Experienced in both the administrative and technical aspects of the loft conversion process. Helping clients throughout the pre-build stages. Providing clients with guidance throughout the initial phases of the project including the drawing, planning and party wall processes, scheduling project starts, scaffolding and pre-start meetings.
The Design & Engineering Team
Philip and Sam make up our in-house architectural and engineering team, covering all aspects of loft design and structural engineering. The team are experienced in all areas of Permitted Development, Planning and building regulations. They will arrange a survey of your home, assessing the property’s structural abilities as well as discussing your individual loft design requirements. The team are passionate about providing you with the opportunity to create your bespoke loft conversion.
The Project Coordinators
Emma and Hayley will guide you step by step through your loft conversion process ensuring that you are kept up to date and giving you sufficient time to make any required design decisions. They will meet with you in your home prior to works commencing in order to help you get the most out of your much anticipated loft conversion.
The Administration Team
Our friendly, knowledgeable administration team led by Kerry manage our clients and suppliers day-to-day requirements. They are responsible for the smooth operation of the loft conversion management system, ensuring materials, licenses and permits are available when required.
